The contractual relationship:

CARN Capital AS acts as a recipient and intermediary of orders, and will pass on orders received from the customer for subscription or redemption of mutual fund units to Huddlestock Investorservice AS, which will carry out the subscription or redemption of fund units with the fund management company. Huddlestock Investorservice AS will be Huddlestock Investorservice AS will be listed as the manager (owner) on behalf of the beneficial unitholders of the mutual fund. Huddlestock Investorservice AS will keep an internal manager register where the beneficial unitholders and their holdings of units appear.

Subscription and redemption of units:

Subscriptions and redemption of units take place at an unknown price. Units can be subscribed and redeemed in the mutual fund every first and third Tuesday of the month (“trading day”). In order for subscription orders to receive the trading day's price, the subscriptions must be received by CARN Capital AS no later than 12.00 noon five (5) banking days before the trading day. Redemption orders received by CARN Capital AS before 12.00 noon seven (7) banking days before the Trading Day will receive the Trading Day price. CARN Capital AS will forward orders to Huddlestock Investorservice AS who will then carry out subscription and/or redemption with subsequent debiting or crediting of the customer. CARN Capital AS is not responsible for delays related to subscription, redemption or settlement after the order has been has been forwarded from CARN Capital AS. Further information about subscription and redemption can be found at www.CARNcapital.com. Deadlines for subscription and redemption may change, and information about this at www.CARNcapital.com will be applicable. Investors should note that it is the time of withdrawal from the account that is governing the price to which the subscription is entitled. In the event of insufficient funds in the bank account for the deduction or in the absence of payment by the deadline mentioned above, the subscription will be carried out on the next Trading Day.
