The people

Andreas began his career as an equity analyst at First Securities before joining the investment team at Formuesforvaltning, where he was responsible for the Nordic listed equity portfolios and hedge fund portfolios. He was also co-head of global equities. In 2013, he founded CARN Capital.

Andreas holds a degree in business administration with a specialisation in finance from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). He is also a certified portfolio manager and has completed studies in advanced valuation at the Norwegian Society of Financial Analysts (NFF) and the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Olav Sirevaag has more than 21 years of international experience from leading roles in the offshore drilling industry. For the past three years, he has been Chief Accounting Officer of the listed company Northern Ocean, where he was responsible for the establishment and management of the company's office in Dublin, as well as building an accounting and tax team from scratch. He has previously held senior positions in Northern Drilling, Seadrill and Transocean.

Olav has broad experience in financial management and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, including Norway, Singapore, Ireland, USA and Namibia. He also has extensive investment experience of his own, with over 20 years as an active investor in the stock market and other asset classes. Olav holds a master's degree in economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Jostein has a background in accounting and project management. He previously worked at Knif Regnskap, an accounting firm. Jostein holds a bachelor's degree in economics and administration from OsloMet – Oslo Metropolitan University.

Marta Fularczyk has a degree in economics, accounting and management from the University of Southeast Norway, and a background in operations, including as a production operator at Norfersk.

As Operations Manager, she is responsible for tasks within fund operations, administration and compliance.
